Isfahan, June 8, 2026 – Prof. Seyed Komail Tayebi, President ECOSF, visited the Center of Artificial Intelligent (AI) at the University of Isfahan on June 08, 2026, and met with Prof. Rasoul Roknizadeh, the President of UI, Prof. Hamid Reza Marateb, the Head of the CIDAIT, and other senior members. Prof. Tayebi appreciated the UI for initiating this new center and said that this center should play a crucial role in promoting capacity building of modern technologies in the ECO region. Prof. Roknizadeh, President of the UI, expressed gratitude to President ECOSF for his visit of the center, and noted that the CIDAIT has been established as an interdisciplinary hub for advancing applied artificial intelligence, translating research into practical solutions.

Prof. Marateb presented the Centre’s work across engineering, computer science, biomedical sciences, health, education, agriculture, public services, and emerging technologies.
