The 19th National and 13th International Conference on e-Learning and e-Teaching (ICeLeT 2026) will be held on 27–29 January 2026 in Shiraz at the Islamic World Science and Technology Monitoring and Citation Institute (ISC). ICeLeT is annually organized by the Iranian Association of e-Learning (YADA). The 2026 edition is proudly co-organized by ISC, the ECO Science Foundation (ECOSF), and YADA. ICeLeT 2026 will provide a premier interdisciplinary forum for researchers, practitioners, policymakers, EdTech companies, and educators to present and discuss recent innovations, trends, challenges and solutions in e-Learning, e-Teaching, and Technology-Enhanced Learning (TEL).
The conference will be held in HYBRID MODE – both virtual and in-person participation and presentations are welcome.
Conference Themes
Authors are invited to submit original research abstracts and papers related, but not limited, to the following themes:
- Generative AI and Learning
- Data-Driven Learning and Predictive Analytics (Learning Analytics 2.0)
- Metaverse, Mixed Reality, and Immersive Learning Experiences
- Learning for Sustainable Development and Smart Societies
- Policy, Infrastructure, and Institutional Transformation in Digital Education
- Human Learning in the Age of Automation and AI
High-quality contributions on any other aspect of TEL, e-Learning and e-Teaching are also encouraged.
Submissions
Participants are invited to submit abstracts and full papers based on their recent research and practice. Accepted contributions will be scheduled for oral (onsite or online) presentation.

Publication Opportunities:English papers are usually published in the IEEE Digital Library, as in previous years. In addition, selected English papers may be considered for publication in English-language journals affiliated with YADA and partner universities, subject to their review processes.
Special Invitation for ECO Member Countries
In recognition of the partnership with ECOSF, the following special provisions apply for participants from ECO Member Countries:
- The paper-submission deadline for ECO authors will be 15 days later than the general deadline.
- No registration fee will be chargedfor accepted papers from ECO Member Countries.
Researchers, educators and practitioners from ECO Member States are especially encouraged to submit their work and join the discussions on the future of digital and smart learning.
Industry & TEL Companies
International TEL-related companies interested in showcasing innovative products and solutions are warmly invited to apply for a short product-presentation slot.
Companies selected by the Conference Organizing Committee will:
- Pay no registration feefor participation and presentation; and
- Have their products featured in the ICeLeT 2026 Virtual Exhibition.
