President ECOSF Visits the ECO Cultural Institute (ECI) in Tehran

On September 9, 2024, Prof. Seyed Komail Tayebi, President of ECOSF visited the ECO Cultural Institute (ECI) in Tehran, where he held a meeting with Dr. Saad Khan, President of ECI. The discussions focused on strenghtening closer collaboration between ECOSF and ECI, where both leaders recognized the potential for joint initiatives that blend cultural and scientific exchanges across the ECO region.

Prof. Tayebi and Dr. Khan explored various avenues for cooperation, including organizing joint events, promoting cultural heritage alongside scientific advancements, and addressing shared challenges. The two sides also discussed financial issues impacting both organizations and the need for sustainable funding mechanisms to support long-term collaboration.
